• Telegram Handle refers to the mandatory contact identifier required for Candidate registration.

2. Acknowledgment

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. By accessing the Service, You represent that you are over the age of 18. Your access is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Socius Talent Privacy Policy.

3. Recruitment Services & Engagement

Socius Talent acts as a venue for professional networking and recruitment.

• For Candidates: You agree that providing a Telegram handle is a mandatory condition of using the Service to facilitate rapid communication. You consent to being contacted via Telegram and Email for professional opportunities.
• For Clients: You agree that any engagement of a Candidate introduced by Socius Talent is subject to our standard fee schedule or a separate signed commercial agreement.
• No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that Candidates will find employment or that Clients will find a suitable match for their requirements.

4. Professional Standards (2026 Global Update)

Socius Talent adheres to modern international recruitment standards:

• Pay Transparency: Clients agree to provide clear budget or salary ranges in accordance with global transparency laws.
• Equal Opportunity: All users agree to interact without discrimination based on race, gender, religion, age, disability, or orientation.

5. Data Protection

Any personal details provided (including name, Telegram handle, and CVs) are processed in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act, EU GDPR, and other relevant international regulations. By using the Service, You acknowledge that your information may be processed in jurisdictions outside your own to facilitate global recruitment.

6. Limitation of Liability

The material on this website is for general information and does not constitute legal or professional advice.

• As-Is Basis: The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
• Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Socius Talent shall not be liable for any consequential loss, loss of profits, or damages arising from the conduct of any Candidate or Client introduced through the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed £100 GBP.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice, if You breach these Terms and Conditions, including providing false information or attempting to circumvent the platform to avoid service fees.

8. Governing Law

The laws of the United Kingdom, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the site after changes signifies your agreement to the modified Terms.
